Ms. Eusebia Vasquez
Ms. Eusebia Vasquez has been in public education for seven years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Business, and a Master of Educational Leadership from Texas A&M Central Texas.
Her teaching career includes serving as a middle school behavior teacher and Lead Teacher, as well as teaching Biology and Social Skills at the high school level. In addition, she has served on several leadership teams as well as being the Special Education Department Chair at both campuses.
With six years of experience in Special Education, five of those in leadership roles, Ms. Vasquez has developed strong initiative, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for supporting a diverse range of learners. She values teamwork and believes in the power of relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create meaningful learning opportunities.
As Assistant Principal, Ms. Vasquez is excited to bring her expertise and dedication to this school community. She looks forward to building strong connections with students, encouraging them to reach their full potential, and celebrating their achievements both inside and outside the classroom.
Her guiding philosophy is: “All students can learn and succeed when they feel seen, supported, and challenged.”
Mrs. Veronica Mackey-Peoples
Mrs. Veronica Mackey-Peoples comes to the Ninth Grade Center with over 25 years of experience in education and has served Hutto ISD since 2021 at Hutto Middle School as an 8th grade ELA teacher. Prior to answering the call to serve Hippo Nation, Mrs. Mackey-Peoples worked in Round Rock for 17 years teaching various subjects, including English II. In this time, she also worked at various secondary campuses, including the DAEP and Alternative campus. Prior to her time in Round Rock, Mrs. Mackey-Peoples served in San Marcos as an educational aide, teacher, and coach at both the elementary and middle school levels.
Mrs. Mackey-Peoples earned her Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and her Master's of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. In addition to her principal certificate, Mrs. Mackey-Peoples is also certified in Physical Education, Health, Speech, ELA, ESL, and Generalist (EC-4).
Mrs. Mackey-Peoples states, "I am excited to start year three as NGC Assistant Principal. I look forward to an amazing year in which our students and staff continue to grow, build, get stronger as the year progresses. Class of 2029, let show the world what it means to be Above the Line!"

Mr. Julius Johnson
Mr. Julius Johnson comes to the NGC from Hutto ISD's DAEP where he has served as a teacher for the past 5 years. He has international teaching and coaching experiences.
Mr. Johnson earned his Master of Education from the University of LaVerne, California and Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Xavier - New Orleans.
Mr. Johnson states, "I have worked within Hutto for 5 years. I supported freshmen and other grades as a DAEP teacher during those years. I am excited to join the NGC team in providing excellence for the class of 2029."
